CODEplus is currently seeking a Senior SAP Consultant specializing in Data Quality responsible for designing and implementing strategies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within SAP systems. This individual will lead data cleansing and migration efforts, utilizing advanced tools like SAP Data Services and Information Steward to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will provide expert guidance to stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and develop best practices for maintaining high-quality data throughout the organization's SAP landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks, standards, and policies tailored to business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to analyze, clean, and validate large datasets using SAP tools such as Data Services (BODS) and Information Steward, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and enforce data governance practices, defining ownership, accountability, and data stewardship roles.
- Oversee data migration processes during SAP implementations or upgrades, ensuring data accuracy and compliance through ETL processes and validation methods.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor data quality performance, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to understand data requirements, resolve issues, and align data quality initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data quality tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to poor data quality, ensuring business processes remain efficient and effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new SAP tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance the organization’s data quality management approach.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, decisions, and configurations to support audit requirements and ensure traceability.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience working with SAP systems, particularly in roles focusing on data quality and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Hands-on experience leading data migration projects, system integrations, or SAP implementation programs.
- Expertise in SAP tools like Data Services (BODS), Information Steward, Master Data Governance (MDG), and SAP HANA.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex datasets in enterprise environments.
- Project management capabilities, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Public Trust clearance required.
