CODEplus is currently seeking an SAP Consultant specializing in Materials Management (MM) to design, implement, and optimize SAP MM modules to manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes effectively. This individual will analyze business requirements, configure SAP systems to meet organizational needs, and provide end-to-end support, including troubleshooting, user training, and documentation. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution and Production Planning while driving continuous improvements and cost efficiencies in materials management.

Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP MM modules based on business requirements, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and master data management.
• Analyze current business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements or implement best practices aligned with SAP functionalities.
• Collaborate with staff from other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration and resolve cross-module issues.
• Lead or support full-cycle implementations, including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Address system issues, debug errors, and provide Level 2/3 support to resolve complex MM-related problems.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, enhancements, user manuals, and process flows.
• Train key users and end-users on SAP MM processes and functionalities to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
• Ensure that SAP MM processes comply with regulatory requirements and support accurate reporting and audits.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM implementations, support, and upgrades.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or Master’s in IT) are a plus.
• Experience with end-to-end project lifecycles, including blueprinting, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to MM, such as SD, PP, and FI/CO.
• Familiarity with industries that rely heavily on materials management, such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify system inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Public Trust clearance required.
