CODEplus is currently seeking an SAP Analyst specializing in Data Quality. This person would be expected to design and implement data quality solutions to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data across SAP systems. They will be responsible for executing ETL processes, data cleansing routines, and validation rules to improve data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, they would collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data quality issues, define requirements, and provide ongoing monitoring and reporting to support data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Data Quality Assessment and Improvement
  • Analyze existing data to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps.
  • Implement data profiling and cleansing solutions using BODS to improve data reliability.
  • Define and maintain data quality metrics, thresholds, and improvement plans.
• ETL Design and Implementation
  • Develop and optimize ETL workflows and data integration processes using SAP BODS.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources into SAP systems or data warehouses.
  • Ensure ETL processes are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
• Data Governance and Collaboration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define data quality standards and governance practices.
  • Document processes, procedures, and workflows related to data management and quality initiatives.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide technical expertise.
• Monitoring and Reporting
  • Implement automated data quality checks and validation rules within BODS workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Generate data quality reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate results.
• System Support and Optimization
  • Provide technical support for BODS-related issues, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and optimization for SAP BODS and related tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest BODS features and best practices to improve system efficiency and functionality.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in data quality, ETL processes, and SAP BODS development.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BODS, including data profiling, cleansing, and transformation capabilities.
• Experience in large-scale data migration, integration, or governance projects.
• Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and documenting technical processes.
• Public Trust clearance required.
