SAP MDG Analyst

We are seeking a MDG Architect join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes master data transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform data requirements, support and enforce master data standards and master data governance processes while creating, enriching, and changing master data.  If you are interested in joining a high performing team with advancement opportunities, then look no further!

The MDG Architectwill support the Data Management Workstream Lead and Senior Master Data Governance Architect in data governance activities coordinating across the functional teams and with PMO/System Integrator.

 Responsibilities:

• Support and contribute to source to target mapping.
• Support the profiling process with technical expertise and tool usage; builds data profiling rules based on the business rules collected by the data
• Familiar with Master Data Management (MDM) to support the implementation and optimization of MDM solutions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the new Master Data Governance.
• Familiar with data modeling and the ability to read and understand data models to validate business data requirements.
• Support the Senior Master Data Governance Architect to develop and maintain comprehensive master data documentation and provide training to program teams on completed work and architecture best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 1 proven lifecycle of Master Data Management design and implementation into a production S/4HANA environment
• Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance required
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field 
• Years of Experience: 6

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Experience supporting large-scale government ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, and/or PeopleSoft or similar integrated technology solutions)
• Experience supporting DoD clients (Army preferred)
• Must have SAP S/4HANA MDG solution knowledge/experience

 Preferred:

• Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience working remotely within a large project
• Familiarity with Agile principles and/or development projects
• Experience with federal financials and logistics data sets
• Supporting fielding operations for DoD clients
• SAP implementation experience preferred, ECC & SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with DoD data knowledge, Army data knowledge preferred
