Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, low-code/no-code solutions that enhance productivity and drive automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Create automated workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
  • Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for real-time data insights.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Promote Power Platform governance by adhering to best practices and maintaining documentation.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in application development, with 2+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integration.
  • Ability to gather requirements, define solutions, and build prototypes rapidly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400.
  • Experience with Power Virtual Agents or AI Builder.
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or SQL integration.
  • Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using Azure DevOps.
